FAQ
How long will it take to ship my order?
Every Bark Avenue Couture bandana is handcrafted just for your pup. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to create your order before it ships.
Once your order is on its way, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
We proudly ship from Florida. ☀️
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be unaltered
- Include original packaging and tags
Please email us at info@barkavenuecouture.com to request a return authorization before sending your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We'll gladly replace any item with a verified manufacturing defect.
Because each bandana is individually handcrafted, slight variations are part of what makes every piece unique.

Can I wash my dog bandana?
Absolutely!
For the longest life, we recommend:
- Hand washing in warm water or
- Machine washing on the delicate cycle
Hang drying is preferred, but you can also tumble dry on low heat if needed.
Where are your products made?
Our signature dog bandanas are proudly handcrafted in sunny Florida, USA.
Many of the toys and accessories we carry are also made in the USA. Look for the Made in the USA badge in each product description.
We carefully choose products we'd happily give our own dogs—because they deserve the very best.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the continental United States.
If you're located outside the U.S., please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate international shipping whenever possible.
Do you offer custom or personalized bandanas?
Yes! Many of our bandanas can be personalized with your dog's name. If you're looking for something extra special or have a custom request, we'd love to hear from you.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product includes a size chart to help you find the best fit. If you're between sizes or have any questions, just send us a message—we're happy to help!
