Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days.  However, these items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.  They must be in their original packaging with tags still attached.  Please email us to discuss your return and receive a return authorization, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  

For defective items, please email us within in 3 days of receiving your item so we can address your concern and include a photo of the defect.  If an item is defective we will gladly replace the item.

Please keep in mind many of our items are handmade and no two items are alike. They are custom made for you at the time of your order.
