Because many of our items are thoughtfully handcrafted and personalized just for your dog, please review our return policy below.
If you're unsure about sizing before placing your order, we're always happy to help! Please refer to our Size Chart or contact us before ordering personalized items.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed and unaltered
- Include original packaging and tags
Before returning an item, please email us at info@barkavenuecouture.com to request a Return Authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized Items
Personalized items will be created exactly as entered during checkout. Please double-check spelling before placing your order.
Because personalized items are made especially for your pup, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the defect
If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly replace your item.

Because each item is individually made by hand, slight variations in fabric placement, stitching, and personalization are part of what makes every piece unique.
